PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION

When you find the loan that is right for you, our software programs enable us to submit your application electronically over the internet from our lap top computers and in many cases receive conditional approval for your application before our meeting concludes.

Fast Convenience

Of course all lending institutions still require a hard copy application and based on the financial institution you have chosen we can then download and print that application directly from the internet using our portable printer-scanners. If you feel comfortable doing so, you can sign the application before we leave and on the spot we can scan any necessary personal documents that the lending institution requires to accompany the application.

It's a child's play You can then virtually set it and forget it. From there we will submit and monitor the progress of your application, keeping you informed along the way. With the age of electronics, we as accredited mortgage brokers are able to access lending institutions web sites and monitor the progress of our client’s applications. So, at any time you’re curious or have questions we can give you information feedback without you having to jump through hoops as you do when you try to call a bank these days.

Once the loan application has received unconditional approval the lender will prepare the loan offer documents and forward them to us. Once received, we will check them in advance for accuracy. When we’re satisfied that they’re as ordered we will set a time to meet with you and review and cover any questions you may have.

Total Support

We will obtain from you any additional documentation the lender requires (such as insurance certificate of currency). You will be left with copies of everything you have signed as well as complete instructions on how your new services will operate. We then return the signed documents on your behalf to the lender. Our experienced staff will continue to monitor the progress of your application through to settlement. They will continue to interact with you to ensure you know when and where to do what. Such as open new bank accounts, set up new direct debits, what forms might be necessary etc.
